Combined with the frosting, makes a delicious combination! You guys should definitely try to make them! Ingredients: Cookies: 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 cup butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups flour Brownie Batter Frosting: 2 sticks butter-softened 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2/3 cup brownie mix (powder) 3 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup corn syrup 2 teaspoons hot water Directions: Cookies: Cream both butters and sugars together. Add eggs one at a time beating until will combined. Add baking soda, powder, and vanilla. Mix to combine. Stir in flour. Scoop batter onto cookie sheets and make a criss cross pattern with a fork. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Frosting: Beat butter and vanilla till light and fluffy. Add cocoa powder, brownie mix, and powdered sugar to the bowl. Beat till well combined. Add corn syrup and hot water till nice and fluffy.
